horrible experience I was told to wait while there was no customers, while waiting i took a seat a customer came in an was given service before me. If I could give it no stars I would I really wanted to curse them out but just decided to leave before I went off.

Helped me to open a checking account 40 mins before closing time and this is a time consuming process no complaints from the rep real people person as well

Poorly organized staff. No actual line system to teller Windows. Counting money is a difficult concept for them. Ghetto Black teller kept saying "all this dirty money" to her co-worker. She also kept yelling across tellers and announcing other customers deposits. I was shocked by the entire duration of my visit.
 
This is the most unprofessional banking operation I have ever encountered, and I've been to chase banks all over California.

I HAVE BEEN BANKING AT CHASE FOR YEARS AND VERONICA AND THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS HAVE ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE IN ALL MY BUSINESS NEEDS IT FEELS VERY GOOD TO FEEL LIKE YOU REALLY KNOW THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TAKING CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND ALWAYS HELPFUL WITH ALL MY BANKING NEEDS.

Kristy Pagana is the worst business relationship manager. I would highly suggest everyone go to a different branch instead of use her. She wasted three weeks of our time which could of been avoided. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all!
