Horrible customer service, it's declined a lot over the last 4 years since I've been going to this location. 

If you call on the phone their answer is "I'm a banker and have clients." Apparently since I call in that makes me not a client? 

Lots of management turnover which is really sad. You are just another number to them.

I had a very unique problem that I had been trying to resolve with Chase for nearly six months.  I had previously  talked to numerous other Chase representatives in the past and none of them came even close to resolving my problem.  I came into this branch and Shauna, the assistant manager, helped me resolve the problem promptly and even exceeded my expectations.  Thank you!

Lucas will open cards in your name without your consent!!!
Then they act unconcerned and claim that no one but yourself could have done such a thing.  Obviously they have never heard of credit card fraud!
