Not the most organized branch. If you're waiting for an agent, make sure you let someone know otherwise they may never come and serve you, even if you have an appointment. Wait times can be excruciatingly slow, but the people are friendly and mostly knowledgeable.

It's disappointing that most BOA branches now close at 5PM.  This particular branch is the host of several debacles and unnecessary failures.  The staff is friendly enough, but generally cold and sterile.  They also don't answer the phone if you call, so you'll have to drive all the way there to find out that they can't do yet another thing that most banks do.

My friend was just contacted by the bank to retrieve a phone that was left there by her husband. She asked me to pick it up since she was a distance away & they were minutes from closing. They refused to let me in the bank & left me knocking for quite some time before even acknowledging me. I guess by looking at me they didn't know I also banked with them & had a substantial IRA with them as well. I guess I didn't look like a person who deserved a little respect. Very disappointing.
