Recommended for International Students who want a hassle free service to open an account and get a credit card. The branch manager Abe was superbly helpful and productive despite the busyness.

I attempted to set up a business account. After 4 trips to the bank, the account is still not set up correctly. 

I'd suggest you save your time and find a bank that knows how to do something other than just open savings accounts for undergraduates.

I was new to the area with many options, I am glad I had the fortune of walking into Citi and working with Mr. Brett.  Mr. Brett was a constant professional but made my full banking experience delightful.  He was very versed on the technology that Citibank had to offer (ie. online banking, text banking, Iphone apps, etc.).  I took advantage of a great promotion that was going on, I highly recommend you check them out!

Tried to deposit a check into their atm. Atm experienced some kind of malfunction and froze. Didn't return my check, didn't deposit any of my money into my account, and didn't even give me a receipt.
Now the bank is hesitant on giving me MY money and are doing an investigation.
Terrible.
