My credit union is associated with this one so, while it it close to home and open on Saturday, it is limited in the types of services. I have always found staff helpful and friendly. They treat me as if I am a member of First Northern.

    TODAY, ME AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER DECIDED TO ENTER CREDIT UNION TO PAY OFF A CAR LOAN THAT WAS IN MY HUSBAND'S NAME, HE HAD BOUGHT ME THE CAR AS A GIFT. 
   ORIGINALLY, I WAS JUST GOING TO PAY OFF THE CAR, SINCE I WANTED TO KEEP THE CAR. WHEN I CALLED THEY WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME, THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS IN A QUITE RUDE MANNER.  
     AFTERWARDS, I DROVE INTO EVANSTON, WHICH IS JUST ABOUT AND HOUR AND A HALF FROM WHERE WE LIVE. 
     I HEADED TO ONE OF THE TWO OPEN ON SATURDAY GOT, AND ARRIVED THERE AT 10:00 IN THE MORNING.
     BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING, THE LADY THERE SAID, "WE CAN'T TELL YOU ANYTHING. THE LOAN IS NOT IN YOUR NAME."
    AS I WAS SHOWING HER THE DEATH CERTIFICATE, SHE ONLY STATED TO ME, "I NEED YOUR I.D." THEN, SHE GOT UP, TOOK A FEW MINUTES, THEN CAME BACK AND TOLD ME WHAT THE PAY OFF OF THE CAR WAS.
    SHE NEVER TOLD ME MUCH, SHE SHOWED A PIECE OF PAPER AS IF SHE COULDN'T SPEAK. I PERSONALLY THINK A TOTAL OF EIGHT WORDS CAME OUT OF HER MOUTH. 
    I ASK FOR THE ACCOUNT NUMBER, THEN SHE WROTE IT ON A POST-IT NOTE. SHE HAD NEVER SAID A WORD, SHE BEHAVED AS IF 
LIKE SHE WAS SITTING IN ICE WATER, OR AS OF SHE SUFFERED LOSS OF A CHARACTER, NOT SPEAKING MUCH UNLESS IF I WERE TO ASK QUESTIONS OR SAID, "HAVE A NICE DAY." SHE NEVER EVEN SAID ANYTHING WHEN WE LEFT, BASICALLY BEING MUTE.
    I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO UNFAIRLY AT A BANK BEFORE, MY HUSBAND JUST PASSED AWAY. I FELT SHE COULD HAVE SAID,  "SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS," OR SOMETHING BUT, NOT AT THIS BRANCH, OR IN FACT JUST ABOUT ANY BRANCH. 
     I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS CREDIT UNION AGAIN. YOU COULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME AN ACCOUNT THERE. DON'T DO BUSINESS AT ANY OF THEIR BRANCHES..... HAVE A NICE DAY.......... ☺️😉

Very nice staff. They care and have wonderful programs. First time using a credit union and I love it!

The tellers are very helpful and attentive. I've been using this branch as a Shared Branching location and its been very comforting and feels like my home credit union. They are the best!
