Worst bank EVER! I have been calling the branch for 2 weeks to speak with a person. All I get is a recording that tells me all representatives are busy and to call back later. Then they give me an 800 number that I can call, but they tell me to call the branch they can't help me! I have business that I need to have taken care of and it's at this branch.

Slowest branch in the tri state area that Ive been to. It took 15 mins total after sending the to the drive up window tube to  get a simple transaction done and they still couldnt finish that transaction. I had to drive around the building and use the atm to finish. Heard 3 different tellers voices to help like it was everyones first day. Super weird and very very annoying.

This branch has gone downhill fast over the past year.  The tellers must be new hires with little experience.  Slow service particularly when there is more than one transaction.  I'm done. I'll drive  further for faster accurate service.

Worst bank ever.... at least this location.  Wanted to deposit money in my step dads account. Cash! He lives in fl. They wouldn't let me. Absolutely ridiculous.  They'll take a check. But not cash. How is that even sound right. My step dad even called and wouldn't customer service him, who is an actual customer.  Let me say you will lose customers  on your lack of true customer service.  The tellers need to learn true customer service if your the face of the bank when we as customers walk in. Annoyed...

Worst banking experience ever!! Went to make a cash payment on my husband's credit card & they would not accept cash from me since I am not the cardholder.  Had to drive to my bank, deposit the money into my account, write a check on my account & then drive back to Chase to make the payment.   Find a more customer friendly bank people!!!  Absolutely ridiculous!!
