I'll still never fully forgive Chase for buying out WaMu. Used to come here all the time when it was a WaMu branch, but eventually closed my account after Chase started making changes to it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The people authorized as Notaries at Chase have NO clue what is required of them. I had something notarized, and the young man suddenly thought he worked for DOL because he told me I had to fill out MORE of the document than I did. He was wrong, and my docs were rejected because he is a moron. So I go back and a very young girl tells me I have to fill out the doc be for she will notarized my signature. I was a notary for 20 years, ALL THESE MORONS can verify is my ID and my signature on the document, nothing else. She tried to have me raise my hand and swear. An idiot. Again all they are notarizing is that I seem to be who I said I was on my drivers license.
