The manager of this location is horrible,  I went in to cash a check.  The manager requires you talk to a personal banker to do this if you are not an account holder.  I waited 30 minutes for a personal banker to return from lunch, then the banker had a CONFERENCE CALL and couldn't take two minutes to authorize me to get the check cashed.  WHY THE FREAK NOT!  
I drove to Spanish Fork Wells Fargo and SURPRISE!  The teller there could authorize it.

I would NEVER use the Payson Branch again.  REDICULOUS!
