I closed my bank account because of the manager. This is not the first encounter with her, though I wish never again. The most rudest person. The bank had messed up so many times with my account and every time this rude excuse for a "manager" always claimed it was my fault, which I think is funny considering they treat me like an employee who messed up. doesn't like her job then she needs to leave. My family members who also had accounts there closed them because of the same reason; the manager, and if this specific bank is this terrible I would never recommend Chase and I encourage  anyone who banks with Chase to go elsewhere. Horrible place that hires witches.

This Chase bank does have the worst customer service. They have made several mistakes on my checking account. Recently they missed deposit  $200 into my account. What kind of bank would make a mistake like That? If I didn't catch the mistake, I would of lost $200! And this is not the first time, they've made similar mistakes in the past. At first it was small, $1 here and there but $200? Also the line is always so long. Expect to wait for at least 20mins. Please seek for a better bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK unless you are fine with losing  $$$.

Horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait over 30 mins. They need to hire more employees to serve their customers.

I haven't been to a bank in a very long time. I am a credit union man. I have a check from a contract job. From Chase Bank. Chase is very near my house, so I thought it would be convenient to go cash the check. It is a $6 fee. I remember why I stopped using banks, fees. I will just head to my credit union.

This bank won't let you deposit cash into your account without verifying ID, regardless of the amount.  So if you wanted to deposit $100 in your brother's account and you weren't on the account, they would turn you away.
