Reviews
Every contact with this branch and bank. Uhg. They act like it's unusual and not done. Have to check with someone. Takes hours to do simple check cashing or anything i have gone in for. Never issue any other branch or bank.

On a particularly trying day I phoned 5 other Chase locations and no one answered. The national number was down and I was stressed. Due to the 4th of July Holiday, the direct deposit of my pay check was delayed by a day, however, all of my ACH bill payments seemed to go through just fine. I finally reached John at this location. He was so pleasant and clearly explained what to expect and how to work thru the issue. Not a hint of stress. I just wanted information so I knew what to do to fix it on my end, but he didn't give up on me when I expected him to and promised to check on my account for me the following day. He even kindly told me he was not in the office until 10am so that I wouldn't worry if something looked disastrous before then. John was true to his word and the next day I checked my account and he had taken every step he promised to help me. It is truly the only time a corporate bank employee has gone the extra mile for me and I so appreciated his help! I will definitely be making this my branch from now on. Thank you John!

The tellers are always very friendly, no complaints once I actually get to the head of the line. But if you have two drive-thru lines, why isn't the second one ever open? Once you realize your mistake in getting in the line in the first place, there's no way to leave it.
