I love Chase Bank. I've been with them for over 10 years after going through many really bad Banks. I didn't know there was such a thing as a good bank until I signed up with Chase. In the beginning they were absolutely fantastic. Anything I ever needed could be done with a simple phone call to the local branch. I had a fraud incident where someone charge $200 from my account in Florida. I got a text notification and immediately called the bank period with in a matter of 15 minutes the money was back in my account with a new debit card expedited to my house. I moved to West Jordan four years ago and this branch is the closest one. It was okay at first but it seems like there is less and less staff around. And if it's Friday don't even plan on going in cuz you'll be standing in line forever. On one of those occasions I had an assistant manager come over and say just deposit my check using the ATM outside. I told him I don't like doing that because it puts a hold on the check and the funds don't deposit right away. He said it's the exact same thing as giving it to the teller the funds will be in the account the next morning. He was wrong of course it took 3 days for my paycheck to finally fund. The ATM is always down. And it will rarely take all of your cash if you deposit. On two occasions I took cash deposits directly inside to a teller one of them being almost a few thousand dollars. Somehow went missing and never ended up in my account when I checked my account the next day. The teller was confused and didn't know what happened. The manager took half a day to get back to me on the phone and just said there's nothing that can be done until somebody from corporate customer service can figure out what happened to it. After 3 days it took me going into the bank and causing a fuss with the actual manager for him magically put the money back in my account. I've had a couple issues even since then. I don't even go to this Branch if I need something fixed. I go to the Sandy Branch where the manager is absolutely more than willing to do anything to help. Of all of the branches I use in the Salt Lake Valley. This one is the most poorly run by far. I just go to the other branches a little further from my house. There's something about the customer service at the other branches that keeps me banking with Chase. In the beginning I felt like a real wanted customer and now days I do feel more like just another Expendable number that has to pay more fees than ever before.

Our teller and the branch manager were very helpful and made sure our transactions went smoothly.

Horrible customer service. I've had very limited transactions with chase that went without issues and I could have one at this location but the lady was super impatient with me and expected me to know everything I was to do when I told her I was a new customer.

Very disappointed! If you want a bank who can suck your money Welcome to Chase. They close my card without my consent and charge me fees because i wasn't able to deposit on time. They couldn't help me and accept that was their fault. The blonde short hair lady in the back definitely has horrible customer service skills and act like is not her money and she doesn't care. She rather close my account and my business than help. If you are small business, this bank is not for you.
