Great Bank!   Super helpful whenever I need help on the spot.

Well, they wouldn't let us use the bathroom (we both really, really needed to go) because it was only for customers... Somehow that makes me less inclined to bank with them. 

There are all kinds of money bonuses to lure you in, but their fees worry me a bit. I suppose my Biolife card goes through Chase bank, somehow but I never interact with Chase directly.

After Chase has taken over, its been going down hill. All the people are gone and I don't feel like a person there anymore. After the last person left there from Heratige, it just made the whole bank like one big Automated Machine like the title says that is what you are exactly going to get here. Go somewhere else!!!
