I always have a nice experience when I come inside.    Only one time I felt put out by a Personal Banker .
  She did not want to help me that much .  She said she was the only one there that day.   That she did not  have time. While I was there only a few people came in and they went to the tellers.    Then she said she would check things out for me later and give me a call back.   I never received a call back from her.  So I was very disappointed.   
    I may change banks over this.
