This place is a HOT mess! I am an ex patient of Dr.Perez (whom also left lol). I have never experienced such disorganization from a medical office! I've had to wait hours for scheduled appointments. I've been scheduled incorrectly and told to reschedule, after waiting for an hour. I've had problems getting prescriptions refilled, even calling A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME! I've had the insurance company call and claim that they (cherry street) attempted to collect on a no call no show that did not exist (more than once). They nearly killed me, by calling in the entirely WRONG prescription, luckily WALGREENS caught it lmao. The Dr's have terrible bedside manor and really do not care about you at all. The desk ladies are theeeee worst! The only staff that I truly felt comfortable with, were the nurses. Unfortunately, even they are very misguided and make far too many mistakes. I remember a time when they actually had SOMEONE else's chart and they were asking me crazy questions, that didn't make sense to me... Because of my attitude and disdain for this office, I was asked to leave and find a different provider. Something I had already done, by that time but, they were really rude about the whole thing. For the last 6 months of my time with them, my Dr never got the message for refill requests. I literally had to go in person to get anything done! Cherry street used to be great. What happened?!

They argued with me about leaving a piece of tooth where they extracted teeth I know it was a missed piece of tooth

They never answer the phone when called. You leave a message, even when making an appointment, and they are supposed to call you back, but they often do not. Been waiting months for a referral to a specialist. Nothing. Doc was seemingly good, but the staff completely ruined it. Update: recently I have been contacted by Nancy (Nance?), who has recently been attempting to remedy some of these complaints. She cleared up an issue I've had for a few months. It's nice to see them working on the problems.

Because I could not give them zero stars. I was an established patient, Friday I got into a car accident. I initially didn't have any obvious injuries so declined medical care. Over the weekend I began to have back pain. I called my doctor's office today to make an appointment, as this is obviously not a life threatening injury. The nurse on the line questioned my decision not receive medical care at the scene. Then very rudely told me I'd "just have to go to the ER, that my doctor couldn't see me for several months, and I should have done that to begin with". I currently have an appointment with a new provider. Sorry P.A. Ashley Westcott, until you get more polite and empathetic "Nurses" you will continue to lose patients.

They never answer any phone calls, and when you leave a voicemail they don't call you back soon either. The staff their is very rude! I hate going there.
