My 7 year old broke her wrist this week. Since it was spring break, I had to bring all 6 of my kiddos with me for her x-ray. She was super nervous and I wouldn't be able to go back with her since I had the kids with me. Andrea was so great with her. She LOVED her! She was also very helpful when my doctor's office had written the wrong orders. She was great! Wonderful experience for all involved. Thank you, Andrea!

My daughter saw Dr. Santana & was SO knowledgeable & helpful. The Physical Therapy Department was such a great place that made our daughter feel comfortable talking and feeling heard. Jennifer & her assistant really understood what is going on and had a very balanced approach of pushing and supporting. The billing and support staff were VERY helpful!

Hold times to talk to anyone in the endocrine department are horrendous. Also volume issues on your recorded IVR. If the hold time is beyond 15 minutes there should be some type of way to leave a message at least...

Holy smokes. I am having a really unpleasant experience with this office. I was left several messages in one day. First message stated in insurance I didn't even have, and that this insurance didn't cover hearing test. Then second call, they got my insurance right this time but still no coverage. I call a couple of times and and person am suppose to talk to is not there 5 calls later. Call my insurance company and they state I have insurance coverage called them 3 times. Long story short , WHAT A HASSLE. I even got some rude person too once. My normal Texas children's doctor's office is great but not this office. There was some positive people I talked to but they were not the ones that could help me. This is costing me hours out of my day and to get rudeness in top of that really sucks. I don't know if am unlucky or this is a normal problem for this but am so exasperated by this I have to let others know to be on guard.
