Brought my mom here with signs of stroke and took hours just to get a bed in the ER. Only saw the Dr passing through because it was a cut through to the waiting room. Not happy at all with the disorganized chaos here. Tried to order my mom breakfast this morning and they don’t even have her in a room in the system but we have been in a room since last night. Haven’t been seen by the Dr at all and the nurses can’t give any answer to any questions. The nurses have tried their best but it’s so unorganized that they can’t do their job properly. My mom is diabetic and not even been in to check her sugar levels even though we have mentioned it several times. I definitely do not recommend this ER!!!

Went to this emergency room for help and left really hurt because the service and treatment I have never experienced before. This staff didn’t seem to really want to help me. The nurse that was with the doctor I got assigned to was not very friendly, she was short and dry with me like she didn’t really want to talk to or deal with me and I got this vibe from her when I asked her if I should change back into my clothes because at that time she was walking out of the room behind the doctor and nobody had really said or instructed me to do anything, she turns around and says “sure, if you like” without barely looking at me then proceeding to close the door. Mind you I only asked that question to make sure there weren’t any other test that were going to be ran. Long story short the issue that I went for did not get resolved and I have to do this all over again tomorrow because I went for help that I did not get. This isn’t fair and very time consuming, I spent 3 hours here for absolutely nothing. I just want to apologize for bothering any of you since that’s what it felt like and no I will not be returning. I will stick with the vintage location. Thanks but no thanks

Ok this place is amazing to have a baby. However the same can’t be said about the pregnancy. Be ready to have a 8:15 appointment and not be seen until 9:30-10. The birthing experience is why I would give it a 5 or higher if I could. But the OB office is less than desirable.

I had to go to this hospital when my private doctor thought I had appendicitis. The staff was very calm and explained things thoroughly. They answered all of my questions and were extremely nice. Nobody wants to be in a hospital and I appreciate the staff being calm and understanding my nervousness and for being so accommodating.

spent 7 hours in the ER waiting room to be finally called back and not even treated properly and spoken to for 5 mins and sent home followed by a huge bill, even though I made payments on my account they still sent me to collections. I will never come here for treatment again. Also delivered my baby here , they let my epidural run out in the middle and took 20 mins to get me another cartridge. Most of the nurses were great . Also had my gallbladder surgery here - no complaints ,staff was great on that. My main issue is with the ER , DONT GO HERE FOR ER CARE!!!!!
