These guys were amazing! They were hard working, friendly and funny too! In the future I will definitely call them again. It has been a pleasure to work with and watch them work. We packed their truck to the fullest extent and most of our items were very heavy but I never heard one complaint. They were amazing!

We have used Ali and Chicago Movers several times over the years and we are always pleased with their respectful, efficient service.  They arrive on time and get the work done according to the contract and in an orderly fashion.  We have never had a damaged piece of furniture. They carefully wrap furniture  and fragile items such as TVs and mirrors in heavy blankets and handle boxes with care.  They are cost efficient and reliable.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. When I called (to have movers unload a truck full of belongings into my new apartment), they said they couldn't guarantee an 11am time, but would be able to be there between 11 and 12. They did not show up until 1. They also have a 2 hour minimum ($250) even though when I packed my truck it took me less than an hour. When they finally got there, they moved slower than any other moving company I have seen. It took them two hours to complete the move. When I complained to the movers that they were late and wanted a price adjustment, the movers said that it was $100 an hour, but said I'm being charged $250 for some reason and would need to talk to the manager (who was on his way over). When he got there, there was no apology for being so late, and said he wasn't able to reduce the price because I had only paid the minimum 2 hour requirement. I pointed out that one of the movers said I was being charged and $50 for some unknown reason, and would at least like that to be removed from my bill for my inconvenience. He refused once again stating his hands were tied and could not make an price adjustments. Then a minute later he says he will take off $25 and that's all he could do. I point out that a minute ago he couldn't do anything, so knowing that he is able to change the price, I want the unknown $50 charge back in full. He refused to do so. Seeing they already had me two hours behind schedule I gave up and took the $25. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.

I needed to move sooner than planned because my closing date was changed. Chicago Movers came to the rescue. My movers, Willie and Ernie were very hardworking and moved quickly. They did an excellent job of setting up everything on the move in and made sure things were wrapped and protected from damage. I would recommend Chicago Movers!
