The Professionals were great! Kelly was very responsive during the set-up process as we had a few questions come up regarding the potential to move our time around and whether or not certain items were included in the quote. The movers showed up right on time and got right to work. Mauro was an excellent team lead and was very fair in getting the team organized. Antonio and Diego were respectful and careful. The movers worked so quickly, it was impressive! This was our second time using The Professionals and we will definitely use them again. Overall, the team was wonderful.

Mauro, Antonio, Roman, and  Hugo were amazing!!! So expedient and the service was amazing. What an amazing group of guys. They were incredibly helpful and friendly.  We were really nervous about our special dining room table and new TV and they were phenomenal. Made it without a scratch! Incredibly helpful with the unloading, and put all of our furniture where we wanted it. Would recommend them one million times over. The booking process was also incredibly helpful.

With so much going on with work and life, we decided to hire movers for this move.  I researched all the companies in Chicago and The Professional Moving consistently came up the best!

I wasn’t disappointed!  Victor #2, Alfredo Hernandez, and Rene Trejo were the best!  They were beyond respectful and helped to protect our items so that there would be zero issue upon arrival.  They were fast, efficient , and even helped to set the place up.  I will definitely call upon this team if ever in need of their services.  Thank you to them for making this stress free.

Great moving experience with The Professionals. Four man crew neatly wrapped furniture in heavy plastic and moving blankets. Great value for the money. Crew arrived promptly at the arranged time. No unexpected additional charges.  Would definitely utilize their services again. Website was easy to use. All my furniture was moved from a third floor walk up and delivered / unpacked in a ranch home in perfect condition. Excellent customer service and support.

I highly recommend using The Professionals for any move you may need to make. The crew of Mauro, Antonio and Roman were extremely easy to work with and highly efficient. They were able to complete a 1 bedroom move in just under 3 hours. Their attention to detail and care for my belongings was top notch. Thanks for an easy and painless move!
