My overall experience was fantastic. Family and I moved from Chicago to Boston and used H2H for the long-distance move.

Best things were:

1. Customer service: Lyuda was amazing as the point person to work with to arrange, execute, and follow-up on the move. It's very clear that she takes a personalized approach and understands how important the process is for families.

2. The moving team: The three main movers we had were professional, easy to work with, and thoughtful about handling/protecting our things. They moved quickly and diligently and were reachable at all times during transit.

3. Quality/Delivery: All our things showed up on time and in good condition. I felt secure about all of our property during the whole time. Our movers packed our things with the right packaging materials.

I highly recommend H2H Movers for any long-distance moves out of Chicago. Thanks again to the team for a great move!

My move did great with this company. Victor's team was there at my apartment on time, did all paperwork and delivery all my move safety. In addition, he saw my storage 5X10 and by his experience he put all my furniture there on this storage. I thought I have to rent a big one, but Victor went there before and took a look at and was able to let me know if is fit my furniture.
I really recommend this company because they are very professional, secure, has a great service and they know what are they doing.

I love H2H Movers. This is my 3rd time using the company and everything was great as always. They are very professional and responsive from the start. You provide them with a list of items you expect to be moving and they send you an estimate. They list out in detail how much they estimate your moving costs to be, so there is no surprises. To book is a $50 fee which is applied towards your moving cost. They don't charge you for things you don't use. I aways have all my boxes tape and use my own shrink wrap. The movers themselves are awesome. There is no goofing off on the clock. They get you stuff, load it up and on to the final destination. I have rented mostly in condo buildings and those places have strict moving guidelines including mandatory elevator reservations and fines if you go over you allotted time slots. With H2H I have never had any issues because they are very punctual. I have had ZERO issues with any items being broken, missing, wall/elevator damage, etc during the 3 years I have used them. The movers are both friendly, helpful and respectul. As a women it is important to me to feel relatively safe with the people that are helping me move. I have always felt at ease with their entire crew. Again, I have used H2H Movers for three separate apartment moves. So this is not coming from someone who lucked out on one good experience. I highly recommend this moving company and will continue to call on them for any future moves.

The experience working with the H2H movers was just amazing. They literally came to my apartment and finished everything in half the time! I REPEAT HALF THE TIME! all my furniture was moved safely to my new location with no scratches whatsoever. They carefully wrapped everything they needed to help me move and IT WAS AFFORDABLE (considering I was a college student at that point in my life). They even gave a call back to ensure that my move was great. I was a super happy customer with H2H trust me it is definitely an awesome company to consider when moving. They are kind and patient and they are good listeners. I had an awesome time with them

This was my first experience using a professional moving company. I've heard many horrible stories from people moving and having their belongings lost or damaged. That was not the case with H2H movers. They showed up on time and once I went over everything with the movers, they went to work, quick work. They were incredibly efficient, fast and careful with my belongings. They had such a great team energy about them. They communicated with each other during the move and helped each other spot walls and possible hurdles. I enjoyed their professionalism and their friendliness. They are also very reasonably priced and got the job done earlier than quoted. I would highly recommend H2H movers to anyone who wants quality, top rate service.
