First I've got to say, I had the Fresh Spinach Lasagna and it was delicious! Extremely flavorful and a good portion for the price. Docked a star for sustainability practices, which I rank as highly important in any establishment, but especially a vegan one. All menu items come in single-use packaging. Further, and even more surprisingly, there is no recycling on the premises. Would love to see the option of composting as well since all ingredients would easily be composted. As a raw vegan establishment, this would not only be easy to implement but also an important step in setting a sustainable example and educating patrons.

I visited this location as well as their location in the French Market. For the pricing I expected more-such as made to order in some cases. When I went to the location in the French Market I specifically asked which was a bigger location, as I wanted to sit and eat in a restaurant kind of setting and I was informed of this location and given a nice menu. However, upon arrival, it was noted that this as a tiny spot-almost like a grab and go...and the 3 or 4 bar stools that they had looked like they were made of cement and not comfy looking at all. So, for the price....I would say it should be more like a real restaurant. The food I had was okay.  I have eaten at other raw places, so this one was in the middle. And although the items are already made, I would think that more of the ingredients would be listed (especially labeling on the juices, such as date pressed or expiring , etc).

Amazing every time! Love everything about this place! I get watery mouth just thinking of the yummy super flavorful raw dishes. The deserts are delicious!  Thanks heavens for Chicago Raw!  :)

I'm visiting my sister from Mpls and she, being , vegan went and picked up some things and so did I. They had a sample of their Lemon square (which they said i could freeze and take home) but the Apple Pie square will be gone before night's end😀😘! Plus i got what's called a Kitchensink Cookie. I'm going to enjoy all of this. Please come to MN Chicago Raw!
