Simply loved it. Such nice burgers and very efficient self service. It's one of the place that gives you a buzzer which goes off as your food is ready at the counter. I liked the taste, the price. The options to add variety of seasonings on top. I didn't know what more to expect.

A little busy given the location but excellent service gets your food out fast, you just have to wait a while to order. The price was pretty good for Chicago so if I'm back in town I'll definitely swing by. The chicken dog is great for a light meal or small stomachs. I really enjoyed the salted caramel shake and my buddy liked his black and white (twist) shake. Very comfy venue with lots of seating.

This place is amazing. The burgers are fantastic. The shakes are spectacular and the cheese fries are some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is really unique and cool. I highly recommend this place if you want a reliably great meal. It's a good take of a fancy restaurant doing fast food

The best fast foot brand I know! Great variety and quality! In addition quantity! I'm from Europe and it was the only place with "nice" water for drinking, due to everywhere is from the faucet and it tastes bad, but not here! Also mushroom burger is delicious, and shack burger too! We asked for soccer on tv and they put it!

It’s good, but not great for the price. Glad they have gluten free buns and enough awareness to ask if an allergy. Decent option in river north.
