Very nice! I don't have words to express how pleased I was here. The staff is very accommodating, especially considering that I have Gluten and Dairy allergies. They have very reasonable prices for the serving sizes. Large plates with plenty of food for only $16. Enrique is probably the best server here because of his kindness and always willing to help us out. I would recommend Big Bowl to anyone looking for quality food and service!

The outstanding Chinese- and Thai-inspired menu has many choices, including gluten-free options. The flavors confirm the freshness and care typical of Big Bowl. This particular location has exceptional service. What a gem! For those unfamiliar with the menu, the starters are hard to beat. If you are unsure, share the chopped salad (I'm pretty sure that they will substitute tofu for those who do not want to grilled checked). The egg rolls are fresh, house-made, and ample. For main courses, the Chinese items are available with noodles, white rice, or brown rice. The Sesame Chicken is a winner, but if you want to have a treat, the Shrimp and Scallops are fantastic. Big Bowl's scallops are fresh and served to perfection. The consistency with the latter speaks volumes about this place, and I would hope that others have the same experience. For those who like vegetarian choices, try the Pad Thai, one of the signature dishes at this restaurant. It's a wonderfully constructed dish that will delight even carnivores because of the flavors and textures. Other items include the stir-fry rice dishes, that have their own attraction. I like the garlic tofu with fried rice, but the dish is also available with chicken. Either way, it's hard to go wrong. Most of all, the place is managed well, with great servers, like Enrique. Ask for him or any of his colleagues!

Service was great. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and kind. The food was mediocre at best. Everything was spicy, which is normally fine, but this was an overbearing spicy. The kitchen staff was the biggest concern. While the kitchen was caught up, a few of the staff members used their phones. Not a bid deal except when they began cooking again they did not wash their hands. Phones are not the cleanest items, so I would expect employees to wash their hands every now and then. Especially after using phones.

Food wasn't just tasty, it was spectacular. I loved how you could choose what veggies you want in your stir fry, buffet style, before giving them to the chefs! Great vibe to the place, my family and I had a great time. When we went, it was super busy, even for a weekend, so I would highly recommend making your reservations early.

I first went to this place with a friend of mine and the food was great. I've been planning a trip back ever since. Well today I made it and the food was so so good. The service is quick, the prices are fare and the food... oh... I just love the chicken dumplings and the house salad. Simple but hella filling and I've tried other dishes that are equally good but this is what had today. I will be back sooner then later. You will not be unhappy if you eat here for lunch or dinner.
