I've been wanting to stop by this new location at Avalon. The building is beautiful inside and out and it was so nice to be greeted with smiling faces!! When I got to the counter to order I was greeted by Esther and her wonderful smile and personality!! (Kudos to you Esther!) Fast service is an understatement.....my food almost beat me to the table! ☺

I work at another Chick-Fil-A in the area, and every time I come in, it's a prime example of the Core 4 (enthusiastic speaking, eye contact, making a connection and smiling). I always leave happy and without a bad experience. LOVE how the kid's area is there, but not extremely noticeable and not noisy at all. The only thing I would recommend is practicing second mile service! I've been there many times and have only had somebody give me the second mile service maybe once or twice!

This place is awesome! Fast exceptional service will definitely be back. My daughter even got her face painted here. Love it

We usually receive excellent service from any Chick-Fil-A we visit but our first visit to this location was beyond excellent. It's probably one of the most beautiful Chick-fil-A restaurants we have visited. Mike, the young gentleman who took our order and delivered our food always with a smile, was extremely kind and friendly. Javier also brought us our drinks and was so kind. Please give these two gentlemen and the rest of the staff a high-five! We don't live in this area but would absolutely make the drive to visit this location again. Thank you!

Over-rated, super small play space in a tiny box of a structure. For a new location custom designed to serve Avalon, they have 1000 chairs with 5ft kids area. Not very considerate for families and I'd rather go to the CFA in Johns Creek.
