Service was quick enough. Poor kid gave me $1.00 too much change; was relieved & grateful I gave it back to him. My sandwich was a typical burger. I had a large drink w/that. The restroom was acceptably clean & had enough toilet paper. The difference @ this Wendy's was the fireplace. After a long drive, it's nice to be able to relax in front of a fireplace even the newer type. Also, there was music that was low enough to allow conversation.

This Wendy's is a regular stop for us as we travel on I-77.  They are efficient and friendly.  The food is fresh and hot.  It's a convenient on/off stop from I-77, which makes it attractive for those not wanting to drive down a road to get to a place for a quick bite.

On a road trip to Virginia and had to stop for fuel and food. This place was right across from the fuel stop and we had to pee so in we went. The restrooms were clean, always a plus. I don't know how many people were working there but it looked like barely controlled chaos behind the counter. Not many people inside the restaurant but the drive thru was jamming.  Once they figured out that I hadn't been waited on they got my order up in a hurry and it was as ordered and HOT! Wendy's rarely disappoints and the folks were no exception. We may very well stop in again on our way back to Indiana next week.

Did not accurately fulfill mobile order. Items that were delivered were well executed but disappointed it wasn't correct. Super busy day and the workers were excellent.Food: 4/5

Could not follow simple instructions. Ordered 3 taco salad's WITH sour cream, got home, no sour cream. Offered to make me 3 more but I would have to drive back down there, no thanks.

Best customer service of all the Wendy's we have ever been to. Greeted with a smile when we walked in. The young lady taking our order even asked my kids if they had favorite color crayon that they might like with their kids meals.

The drive thru was so busy, but the woman working the window was smiling, happy, and very helpful. This was the weekend of tax free school supplies. She was a real keeper.

Great place for breakfast also, their app makes it fast and easy to order breakfast, or dinner after a long day of work!

Just had the best fast food service in a long time! This was a pit stop for my family on a long trip home on I-77. We had a big order and got it to go. The lady taking our order was accurate and precise. Each person's meal was logically separated in its own bag and she identified each bag for us. It was also a plus that we were able to get spicy chicken nuggets and a baked potato. Funny how good service even seems to make the food taste better. Keep doing what you're doing!
