We ordered 2 Cobb salads and they don't resemble the picture there's one tomato a slice of egg and when I requested the grilled chicken I was told that it doesn't come like that you have to get it fried .And the website shows the different way you can get grilled, fried ,strips whatever but we were told that it did not come that way,we didn't get the dressing we requested either, for 2 salads and 2 drinks for 26.00 I expect better.Dont know if crew was just lazy tonight or what ,if we didn't live so far we'd take it back.Just spoke with someone by the name B supposed to be manager was told they are running out of stuff. I told her it would be nice to be told up front and let someone then decide if they want it. She avoided answering the issue of being told it only comes fried.
This was the worst experience I had with chick fil a first they don't put all the sauces and now my food was missing I can understand till sauces but why would you not give me the food I ordered it's just a simple task. I had ordered 2 spicy chicken biscuits instead I get 2 hashbrowns I had to drive all the way to them to change it and plus they were not even sorry about it worst manager and really poor customer service. Not recommending this place to anyone. They ruined my breakfast and my morning.
It doesn't matter if I dine-in, take out or have it delivered it is always as ordered. The only thing I wish they'd do is bring back the chili lime dressing.
I ordered a 8 count nugget and a spicy sandwich deluxe meal. I picked up my food at the drive thru and went to work. Opened my box and took a bite of my sandwich and found a long black hair in my sandwich. Disgusting!!!!! I don’t have black fine hair. I am black with red hair. That is gross. I wouldn’t make this up. It’s no point of me making this up cause I actually love cfa and worked for a cfa before. When I went there to tell them about it, they were very nonchalant about it. That’s what’s disappointing and disgusting about it! She asked me do I want it remade or my money back. No apology about it or anything. Ma’am why would I want you to remake it? So you can put another hair in my food?! No ma’am. Just give me my money back. Just disgusting.
This restaurant is fairly consistent with both the quality of the food and the speed in which it's delivered. Although it doesn't have an entrance that is very easy to get to especially due to the high volume of cars here, the lines and curbside pickup are both efficient, and I have yet to be frustrated by a wait here. The inside lobby has been clean every time I've gone. I've had a tradition for a while where I go here every Wednesday, and it's always a good experience.
Everyone knows but I have to say, they have the best service, freshest food, & quickest drive through. They have reps taking orders outside when the line is long. They ask you how many sauces you need without a ridiculous charge like other restaurants. They smile and call you by name. I don't care for their chicken tortilla soup though. Weird texture & color. Kid-friendliness: They have a play area inside, kids meals with toys, and ice cream. Dietary restrictions: There are grilled options available. You can also request fries without salt or fruit instead of fries.
I purchased Cobb salad for first time. It barely had any fried chicken in it. There were 3 pieces of chicken about the size of a nickel. No, I am not exaggerating. I have ate at this place for years and have enjoyed lunch sandwiches and breakfast biscuits. Will not order salad again.
Missed the chicken in 2 kids meals. Next time they missed the fries in 2 meals although I was charged. Wrong drinks, no drinks... always something wrong. It's great that all the staff loves to chat with each other but maybe they should focus more on getting the orders correct.
Currently trying to knock off a few pounds so instead of having water with my dinner tonight I decided to get one of their diet lemonades. I haven't had one in forever. It taste better than I remember almost seems too good to be true diet...kind of scary actually lolFood: 5/5
Had to call corporate. The "manager" Lesly or Lety, is a rude, Ill - mannered, troglodyte whose attitude belongs working the Night Shift at Jack in the box. I ordered curbside because I only have a 45 minute lunch. 1. They marked my food as "done" but it wasn't even done. I had to walk in there and get it. What's the point of curbside if yall are not bringing me my food when you say someone is on their way. 2. Ordered a hot coffee and they said it was still brewing. I asked the manager if an iced coffee would get me out the door faster. Manager eyerolled and said she'd up charge me if I got an iced coffee. I told the manager she's wrong for the wait and the inconvenience but okay? Then,the hot coffee magically appeared after I said it was an issue. 3. I get to my car, they don't give me any creamer or sugar. I walk back in and ask for it. They give it to me with an attitude. 4. I called the location on my way back to work to address the managers attitude problem. Cuz we gon address it even when I'm on my lunch break She cops a bigger attitude and claims she's the head boss and ain't no one above her. Refuses to give me the franchise heads name and number. Had to call corporate in order for them to cc the real manager. Whole interaction was unnecessary, whole attitude was unnecessary. It's fast food. Give me my food fast and it won't be a problem.? God forbid I have time to eat my food on my lunch break that's why I order ahead. Straight pathetic.
