I don't normally bother leaving reviews for fast food, but I want to today. I always enjoy the nuggets. But today I am leaving a review for the drive thru crew. They are such sweet ladies. Good job!!! I went again and had the $5 biggy bag with chicken blt. It was good. I also got the hot spicy honey chicken sandwich. I didn't like it at all. One bite and tossed it out.
I had a bad experience at Chuys restaurant during the storm tonight on 2/3 so I had to leave and went to Wendy's around 6:30pm and let me say the lady was smiling so hard I forgot what I was mad about so thank you so much I don't know your name but the sun like shines through your smile ma'am. The chicken bacon ranch sandwhich hit the spot and the melon lemonade is a must have. Fries could be a little more fresh but I'm allergic to potatoes so I didn't eat mine anyway
Wow wow wow. 5 stars for the fast service today & 5 stars for the bourbon burger. Fantastic. This is what I was thinking sonics bacon jam burger would've tasted like but that was a total fail ...so disappointing however Wendys A+++ on this one. So juicy sweet & savory yummm
If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I have never experienced this type of service where they refused to upgrade my menu item, and I’m going to pay the difference. They literally argued with me and refused to sell me their items. Rude individuals refuse to give me their names refuse to help me whatsoever. if this is the face of Fort Worth, I never want to be in Fort Worth again. Because this is horrible customer service the manager said her name is Tamika. She does not know what a good customer services is! Very horrible experience. Don’t shop at this restaurant.
This restaurant is extremely dirty and the associates would rather have personal conversations than take care of the customers. I asked for ketchup and chili sauce and the associate seemed like that it was an issue ! When she gave it to me they were all sticky and had nasty stuff attached to them . I went in to ask for cleaner ones and the manager tells me “ these are not from here we don’t order them “ I’m like huh ? This is Wendy’s right ??? Don’t eat here ! All of my associates have gotten food poisoning/ stomach bug !!!#Healthdepartment#ecolab
They ran out of Asiago cheese for their new menu item. That in itself wasn't the real issue. The entire kitchen crew was up at the counter when they called me over to tell me they ran out of cheese. Odd, but ok. While all the staff was encircled behind the counter, the manager came and asked if I wanted another cheese instead. I explained to her as well that we came for the Asiago. She asked what we wanted so I said a refund. She quipped, "You don't want a different cheese?" I said again, "No." While sighing audibly and being seemingly annoyed, so refunded the sandwiches affected. Don't be annoyed at customers who come for a specific advertised item and that they don't want to substitute for a lesser item because you don't keep your inventory stocked properly.
DO NOT waste your money on their mushroom bacon cheese burger. I use to love Wendy's way back but moved and don't have one where I live. Big mistake stopping here. Not only did they not acknowledge you or say I'll be right with you but they took so long people were leaving. When she finally got to me she didn't listen and had to correct her and she even put my name wrong. Then she puts my fries on the tray and five minutes later tries to give them to me when they were cold since it's cold weather and cold in there too. Get my food and it tastes awful but I wasn't going to wait forever again so tried eating it. The bacon was still raw. I got sick to my stomach after seeing that and went to get a to go bag for my dog and told her that the burger was bad and bacon raw. The ONLY thing good was they put a lot of mushrooms on it but that's it. If you want a mushroom burger don't go here go to Whataburger. I will not come back to this Wendy's.

I tell you what those employees are the prime example of how to run a drive thru. We are talking 5 min max wait time on lunch rush. You guys and gals really set the bar high well done. Everyone needs a raise in there.Food: 5/5
