I have been coming to this Panda Express location since right before the pandemic started, and I have always had a positive experience. This is mostly thanks to the great crew working there, members like Tie, Karen, Maria, Ashley and many others. They always greet me with a big smile and ask me how my day is going. If you enjoy the Panda Express chain I promise you will love this location.

Wish I could post a video but no way I got hard rice…. I’d avoid this place. Even the teriyaki chicken wasn’t cooked fully and was so soggy  this Panda Express fell off hard. Surely they’ll get better cooks   Edit: I also want to add that they usually run out of items too. Once last year they had no fried rice and chow mein on a Saturday at 9pm  shamlessness xqcL

I wanted to leave this review about some of the employees and manager. Maria, Ty, and Brianna are the sweetest, hardest working people I know. The food is good, but their customer service is spectacular. These are the people that make a true difference in the world with their kindness and love towards others.

I'm deeply saddened that this location has decided to remove the black pepper chicken from their menu. That is one of the very few things I can eat there. Seems we will have to go to the Mansfield location from now on. I hope they reconsider.Food: 4/5

They never have food. Why stay open until 9 when they are out of food at 7:30 and too lazy to make any extra.  No steamed rice no fried rice no pepper steak,  the only thing available is Beef and broccoli which is really a plate of undercooked / raw broccoli and 3 small strips of beef.  Disappointing all around especially for the expense.

Reviews said they had the same food as previous owners but not anymore. Everything is upgraded and delicious. This is now going to be one of my go to places.

I had been there more than once trying to order , They never open on time , and even opening late they aren’t ready to service the public , nothing cooked after 15 minutes , it needs better management and better staff that is committed with service

Ordered fried rice, sweet & fire chicken, and Honey sesame chicken. Got chow mein, orange chicken, and broccoli. Staff needs to be re-trained if they are getting full orders wrong.

I love panda but the reason for 2 stars is they are always out of teriyaki chicken and always have to wait on noodlesFood: 5/5

The food is usually good so that is a plus however the drive-thru is so ridiculously slow. So. Slow. For the prices being as expensive as they are you would think that the employees wood get your order out in a reasonable time frame. Honestly they should not be able to call it fast food.
