Absolute garbage. Don’t even waste your time. Just drive 20 minutes to another location if you’re in the mood for Chipotle. This was my “finished” mobile order. Missing toppings, barley any rice, and a few beans. Just ridiculous. The fact that someone actually put this together and marked it complete tells you everything you need to know about this location and its employees.
There appear to be a huge number of take out/delivery orders. But if you actually go inside the employees are polite and efficient. Service is quick and easy to get special requests attended to. I do think 50 cents for a tortilla as a side for a bowl is a little odd in light of the fact that it's included with a burrito. Maybe they give larger portions on the bowl. Good quality food and other than having to slip in between to go orders service is good.
Typically never an issue when ordering from the app, this isn’t a complaint by any means but I ordered on the app tonight 10/13 like I usually do. Walked in at the scheduled time I was supposed to and they were very busy so I was expecting a wait. Zachary at the register was very kind. Offered me a drink while I waited and substituted my guacamole for queso since they were out for the night. Very kind and great customer service! He’s always great when I come in!
While we love Chiptole, we've had several issues with this particular location. The meat is never hot or even warm for that matter, rubbery pieces of steak are unfortunately consistent in each visit, and they are out of items at least every other time we visit. They need to prep better and communicate when running low on something because half the time we aren't able to get what we wanted to order. The employees here are also pretty slow compared to other locations. I honestly would prefer to drive to Mansfield even though this one is around the corner from us, but I always think that I'll give them another chance and it always ends up in disappointment.
I'm only giving this location a 3 star because I didn't appreciate the cashier'sEthan service towards me. When I went in it appeared that most of the options were already low so they were literally scrapping up the bare minimum for my bowl. I politely asked for more and waited patiently. I got to the counter and ordered 2 drinks because I wanted to try the new organic refresher options. The cashierEthan bagged my food but the bag was too small to hold my chips and sides I asked for a bag with the handles because it was bigger..this is when heEthan began to look annoyed. As I went to the drink counter they were out of sweet tea and had no intention on making more at that moment, so I went back to the counter and asked for a refund on one of my drinks. Ethan just scarred at me and when handled me my change ended up throwing it and making it fall all over the counter and walked away to attend to someone else. I didn't get angry, I politely went back and asked for his name and walked out of the store. I love Chipotle and will continue to eat there but I did not appreciate Ethan's service on today.
The guy that took my order was pleasant, however the other service was absolutely horrible it was obvious the person that rang up my order didn't want to be at work, not sure if it was Taylor or not, the receipt could be wrong. I was in at 2:47pm. She had an attitude, when I asked for a fork, she with an attitude said they didn't have any, we asked what are we going to eat it with, she flippantly said "there's spoons over there". I almost requested my money back, who ever heard no eating utensils, would have be OK if I was going home which I wasn't. If people aren't in the mood to work, stay at home as it reflects on the business as a whole. As a side note, had to go to the taco place to get a fork.
DO NOT ORDER AHEAD AT THIS LOCATION. This is the FOURTH time My pickup order has had no fajita veggies when I specifically order extra veggies. I don’t pay 14$ for a handful of meat and some veggies just to have the veggies left out. If you don’t have half of my order, just cancel it, don’t complete my order missing multiple items that I specifically wanted.
Food fresh. Wait time was long, Sunday afternoon, they seem to be short-handed. The prep area was a bit messy. Stood in line about 20 minutes. The food was not disappointing. They apologized for the inconvenience.Recommended dishesBurrito, Barbacoa Bowl
My chicken bowl was delicious. This is made fresh food. This is a very liked location and I can see why. Go here. You will be amazed.Food: 5/5
Food was great as usual. Dining room was a mess. Hard to find a clean table despite only one other family there.
