I've been to a lot of Taco Bell don't judge and this location is the best. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a messed up order. Keep up the great work! UPDATE: Check out these nachos. They always have their food looking great. Like commercial quality. Their tacos are always balanced with meat and lettuce, their burritos are always laid out perfect so you don't end up with a bit full of sour cream. Seriously. This is the finest Taco Bell location in DFW.
Interesting experience. I placed a mobile order. As I arrived, I got into the drive thru line but it wasn't moving. So I backed up and parked. When I got to the door it was locked. I knocked and an employee unlocked the door. After I entered, I heard the manager say that she'd appreciate they not unlock the door after she had it locked. It became apparent they were shorthanded. But as I was waiting, a gentleman arrived who was well dressed possibly an owner and he washed, put on gloves, and quickly started working the line. Orders began moving more quickly. Yes, I could be upset they were shorthanded to begin with, but with the labor shortage it's more how you react to problems. And I have to give them props bringing in possibly an owner to fill the line. And even under stress, I found the staff to be polite and friendly.
No in store pick up, forced to drive thru. Order was incorrect, and overall assembly was lacking. This location has dropped in quality and reliability over the last few months. Will try the Cooper location to see if it is better.Food: 2/5
Just ruined ny night. I goin the drive thru and ordered the guy was rushing me which ig is fine its tacobell i get to window i pay get my drinks i wait. They tell me to go to the front. I go to the front i see 2 other cars waiting with me. They both go inside and grab there foor i waited about 25 min total. Bad on my part i guess i was being hopefull lol. I go inside ask about my food 2 different guy ask me whats going on one was cool one was rude. I tell them what i ordered i watch the rude guy make my order right in front of me out it in bad and little droped it on the table in front of me didnt say sorry or say here you go and hand it just threw it back on the table and left. I took my food and idk just all felt very annoyed and disrespectful i was nice never complained or anything but this store used to be nice but idk what has happened i guess ill go to the tacobell in Kennedale for now. Like i understand its fast food and its never gonna be a great exspirance but just got forgotten about and it seemed like i was a bother and a hindrance to them for just trying to get home ya know.
12/28/22 ordered a mobile pickup order. Got there and went through the drive through to pickup my order. Was given my drinks and told to wait upfront. I waited for 15 min before someone came out and asked me if i was waiting on food. Gave them my order and name. Waited another 15 minutes same thing but they took a picture of my order on my phone. Again waited another 15 min for them to do the same exact thing. Got fed up of waiting and went back through the drive through. Was then told that they “just brought it out and i wasnt there”. Ridiculous. Ive never had this bad of an experience with a mobile order. It wasnt like they couldnt make food because people kept coming through the drive through and leaving. In total waited an hour at the store for food that says was ready to pickup. Ended up being cold.
It’s sad to see how much laziness is going on in the world these days. Almost the entire staff here was standing around talking while orders needed to be made. The woman with tattoos on both arms was on her phone for several minutes straight showing text messages to her coworker while I was waiting for my order. I waited almost thirty minutes after ordering ahead of time and the place wasn’t even busy. Awful customer service aside from the woman who finally came to help me at the end, she was nice. Still shouldn’t have taken that long, but at least she made it a little better. This happened around 6:30pm on a Monday.
The current date time is 8/13/2018 8:10 AM. The store is about 10% away from being clean. This is early morning and no customer is here. No excuse for slight uncleanliness. Most benches had some debris. The store is kept very cool at 62 F. The store is so cooled that the exterior facing windows have condensation and I can see steam coming out of my mouth. This store is a great location to come if you want to experience cool blue Texas heat during the summer. This store isn’t going for green. My breakfast combo was good for $5.50 and the counter lady was friendly. Food: 4 stars Clean: 2 stars Staff: 5 stars Energy Efficiency: 1 Star A hot day ambient temperature : 5 Stars I filled out the survey. I am going for the $500 cash reward.
It was great, for a quick bite. The staff was friendly and accommodating. i enjoyed my meal. i plan to go back, sometime.
some of these pachy wagoneers forget how to make tacos & so should have a new title that reflects this.. perhaps an aggravating one to make it visible for a new patron who might like the warning, and enough pressure to train up a crew when they want to be taco stuffers and leave the label of meat j.a.f.r.'s behind ! Parking: avoid parking at the outflow of drive thru windows, and save your vehicle paint, mirrors, fender, etc...
This is a really clean TACO Bell compared to some. The staff is very friendly and attentive, which was very nice to see ! We have continued coming to this location and will continue going here...Food: 5/5
