Restaurant: Yummeh healthy food, huge menu, fast and friendly service (free mini muffin while you wait!), and, especially for Manhattan, really low prices. Nothing fancy here, just good food and nice people at great prices. It's also a nice refuge from the entitled class roaming 8th St. looking for the latest hot spot.

Supplement store: small but packed with a great selection that is difficult to find elsewhere. Friendly and truly knowledgeable staff (aka real bodybuilders). I always learn something new here.

Eva's makes me happy ☺️

Great healthy food for people on the go who do not have time to prepare healthy meals. Great choices from vegan dish to protein meals needed by athletic individuals who are on diet regimens.

Very friendly staff. If you go there often, they will give you generous discounts. And the free protein mini muffins are really tasty!

This place is a G-d send for me when I'm doing low carb. Lots of ripped customers, wish I could say I was one of them. I love the vibe, it's like NYC of the early 2000s, which feels great. I love the lean ranger dish. They also have protein baked goods, which is a boon.
