I had a craving for Chick-fil-A sauce this morning. I decided to be late for work and grab some breakfast minis and a chilled coffee. Everything was going good when I arrived. The line was moving fast, the coffee was perfect and after arriving to my office to enjoy my breakfast I noticed I didn't have any sauce for my minis. After I was asked what kind of sauce two times during the ordering process. I'm a little disappointed anyone who love the sauce knows how I feel.

Love the cobb salad and the new watermelon mint lemonade! Friendly and efficient customer service. Drive-thru gets pretty busy during rush hour but not as bad as the other location. I also really like the new Chik-fil-A app, which speeds up the process even more.

Alicia's I'm sorry you feel that way. Your completely wrong. We are more than capable of handling large groups we made 2 school's more than happy today with fast service fresh food and no complaints. One we do not need your advice. We are more than happy to take your opinion. This is not your store. To give advice on how to operate it. I'm sorry you had the service you did I do not believe you are being completely honest. Hope our service is to your standards next time. Your standards seem pretty high tho. If your feeling that way. The managers had no idea how to handle a large group and made things way more complicated than it used to be. Instead of taking our advice they came up with an excuse not to. Was not impressed with the organization of this specific chick-fil-a. Most others I've dealt with have been on top of things.
