It's Wendy's...If you like food from Wendy's and you're in the area, go here. Interior is pretty clean, customer support is pretty decent. Free drink refills There's a lot to like about Wendy's (mostly the new sea salt fries). Super convenient location near work. Decent burgers and friendly service Friendly and courteous staff, well-done meals. Love the Frosty's

It's Wendy's,  what's more to say?
But this one is consistent in great service and hot tasty food.  Clean too.
I have eaten in and used the drive thru.  Busy lunch times, busy dinner times and in between and the consistency holds. Sure it may take a bit longer, but still friendly service with hot food and correct orders!

It takes only ONE employee to diminish what I thought was improving service. Went for breakfast (12JAN18) and the  order taker made me feel I was a bother because she had to take my order (what she is PAID to do). Even after telling her “Good Morning” her attitude was unwelcoming and unfriendly, resulting in my leaving without making a purchase. The staff here has recently improved, but this one employee ruined my impression of this restaurant. They need to understand that excellent customer service is their best competitive advantage.

The drink machine is always out of all the drinks.  I eat there several times a week and the soft-drink machines Never full and is always empty.

Chicken is fried in stale oil.  Hamburgers are greasy.  Very disappointing. Worse than McDonalds.
