If i could give this store a half of a star, I would. There must have been 7 or 8 people working behind the counter and I had to wait at least 5 minutes for anyone to greet me let alone take my order. I ordered a family size of fried pickles at 2 o' clock in the afternoon (nowhere near closing time) and the manager rudely said that there weren't anymore. He didn't even make eye contact with me. So I tried to ask for a small order and he said there weren't anymore in the store. This is upsetting. I also work in the food industry so I am aware that a store should never run out of product. The Customer service sucked. Employees are only going to be as good as their manager. I won't be coming back to this location.

They have good food but they line is always packed, very slow drive thru service and they fun out of breast way to often.

Re-review of experience. Chicken smelled like cannabis and they didn't take my order correctly. The fries were cold and grease soaked and the gravy was water. The rolls I had with my meal was only halfway baked and was doughy. Not going back. I'm tired of high school kids screwing up my orders. Old review: I have been here numerous times with my girlfriend and other friends. The service and the food are really good. The only thing I would say that's anything negative is that not everyone enjoys watching sports on tv so maybe try changing the channel every once in a while. Other than that the tenders are crispy and juicy with loads of flavor even without the serendipity. Keep up the good work kids. I used to work at one myself so I know how the grind goes. Just make sure that your rotation is on point and serve with a smile. Usually makes everyone happy.

Food was barely lukewarm at 1pm. Several customers eating so not sure why food wasn't fresh. $8 per plate average. The guy as the cashier never smiled and was direct without explaining what he meant when he spoke. Just kept saying the same question. Like I knew what he meant. Won't be back.

The man that runs the inside counter most any weekday during lunch that I have been...he has to be one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in any retail establishment, let alone a Chicken E. He angrily rushes every question he asks. He practically beats that touchscreen register so hard, you'd think it owed him money. The credit card machines aren't mounted and kinda blend in with the resister, so God forbid you try to hand him your card, you'll get a "right in front of you" and a slight shaking of the head. Aside from lacking customer service skills, he doesn't seem to have a capacity for logic, either. Someone came in on my resent visit who literally just bought 4 gallons of tea. The customer, who had expressed he'd never been in before, seemed confused when he was asked to give his name for the order when he didn't order anything he'd be waiting for. (And, of course, he too got a "right in front of you, sir" when he made the terrible mistake of trying to hand his card to him.) I watched as he took another couple's order. After ringing several items up, he suggested they essentially wanted the meal instead of all the individual items. The woman agreed, and he begins to adjust the order, punching holes through the touchscreen the whole time. As he's doing this, he's shaking his head. LIKE HE'S PUT OFF TO HAVE TO BE RE-RINGING THE STUFF UP. Uh, dude, hate to tell you, but you're the one that offered to save them money with the meal. Don't act pissed like they've put you out somehow. They're why you have a job. All-in-all, this location isn't great, but by and large it's biggest issue is this guy. (My receipt says Kerry P. I don't know if that's him or someone else who logged on to the register. They don't have nametags as far as I can tell.) Oh, one other thing: 92¢ teas vs. higher priced sodas don't make any sense when all the sodas and teas are in the lobby and customers serve themselves. Just make all the large drinks the same price.
