This is the closest pizza place to cypress waters, that’s the only reason I give it so many chances. Only half the time I have been satisfied. Some of the staff is awesome and do a great job. But some of the people in charge are just terrible and don’t care. I ordered delivery and had to pick it up, when I asked how much Am I paying he said “same as before.” He was just going to let me walk out and over pay, when I asked him to take the delivery charge off he wouldn’t do it. This is not the only time I have had a problem with the manager, he’s rude on the phone too. A lot of times my pizza sucks or has bubbles. I like dominos a lot as a company, but this location is ruined poor management. I have reached out to corporate and haven’t received any responses. I have a picture of what one of the pizzas looked like. Not sure how they can sell a pizza this ugly, with a giant bubble. Not sure how it’s okay for a dominos to have almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 stars.

My order is delivered like I ordered it, no issues there. But for the thin crust, I do not care for the burnt edges. When my coworkers and I ordered 6 separate orders a few weeks ago the associate that took our orders assisted on how we could take advantage of the special at that time!

I have been here twice and the service sucked both times. Today, I called in for a oven baked sandwich and was told it would be 15-20 minutes which is fine because it takes me 15 minutes to get there so it should be close to done when I arrive. Guess again; not only had they not put it in the oven yet, they had not even assembled the sandwich so it would be another 15 or so minutes before I got the food so I told them to keep it. Clean store, good food but terrible service. Will go out of my way to another location from now on.

I had purchased Dominos Pizza for the doctors ans nurses at Baylor Scott and White in plano near George bush , they were all so busy and it was a friday night in the ER .all so busy , first 10 pizza's then ten more , then 10 more , even the guy with a broken toe , i cant help think maybe we should all pick out a hospital of choice and do the same , i have been in the restaurant business 40 years and you can trust the ingredients to fresh and quality controlled far above any place listed in this recommendation format, reason being dont feed the dr's and care givers badly handled foods, believe me when i tell you from 40 years in the service in the field they are number one in Quantity assurance product x 100

Horrible Service!! Female driver tried delivering to wrong apartment. Called to yell at me for not answering when I was standing outside of my apartment. She supposedly was in the same location, I let the driver know she was at the wrong apartment door. Still she continued to yell, she said verbatim "I LIVE IN THE BUILDING OVER I KNOW WHERE I AM" and hung the phone up in my face!!! Needless to say the store did not do anything to solve the issue, only wanted to deliver the pizza that had now become cold, by way of another driver! Of course there's nothing they can or want to do, especially after my payment has already been taken.
