We took our 5 yr old autistic daughter and the staff was very kind to her, even after they couldn't get a x-ray from her, they still understood and saw her. The dentist played a little game with her and was able to check really quick insider her mouth. Took him only 3 seconds and had what needed to be done. We waited 30 minutes longer, but she had fun in the waiting room. I would defiencies be keeping this dentist. Thank you for your patience and understanding

Bad bedside manners from the dentist himself. Highly recommend staying away from this place, they won’t allow ( me )a parent in the room with their child for extractions or other serious dental work!! My child is 7 and I wouldn’t allow them to be alone with him without me! That’s how accidents happen folks! Be aware of places like this! Protect your children, as they made it clear they start this at ages 4 and up !!! Shocked and appalled!!

These people are a pain in the ass, to be blunt. My two kids had an appointment for 11:30. My boyfriend was late (which is partly his fault) because our dog got loose, so he had to get her, which resulted in him being late getting our son and getting to the appointment.  He didn't have time to get our daughter, so we were planning to reschedule her appointment. 

I called the office around 11:15 to let them know he'll be late. They said if he's later than 11:45 they'll have to reschedule. My boyfriend got there at 11:47 and was told he has to reschedule. I called to tell them that he hauled ass trying to get to my son's school and get to the appointment in time. They're always behind in the waiting room, anyway. 

We were told that if the 12:00 family didn't come in then they could see my son. If not, then they can reschedule for 3:30. 

The 12:00 family came in so they said they could reschedule to 3:30. But another staff member told my boyfriend that the 3:30 was a maybe. 

Basically, this whole situation was a fiasco and I switched them to another dentist in Hershey. Unfortunately, with our insurance it's slim picking, but I would only use this place as an absolute last resort.

Fantastic, friendly and professional!  The dental hygenist was kind and and friendly and answered all my questions.  We had to change dentists to Children's Dental Health Assoicates due to insurance change.  The practice of having kids go back independently was the same as my previous dentist (starting at age 4).  The office staff was attentive and nice I would enthusiasticly recommend this office to anyone.

Beware, one of the worse experiences I ever had with a servicer.
First off I had been told at the first visit that the cost for my son's treatment was going to be around $1400.00, I never received any calls to confirm this for sure, so I had called many times over, in which they stated that someone would call me back, which they never did, finally within the last couple weeks before the appointment they confirmed that the cost would be $1950.00 that would need to be paid on that day, in which I did make the full payment, then I received a letter claiming that I owed another $1435.20, which I thought was a mistake or maybe I overpaid, I just got off the phone with them and they claimed that it was both prices, but one for surgical and another for dental which was a total of $3385.20, yet no one made this clear from the beginning, instead I was mislead into using the service when I could've had this done for a total of $1500.00 somewhere else, let me just add that the service itself wasn't bad, and my son was taken care of, but that is the only part that was good. Be very careful with these schisters, they are scam artists, or at least just incompetent.
