Lancaster Dental Arts is a magnificent Multi-Specialty dental center. Our team is a combination of general dentists, orthodontists, pedodontists, endodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons, all under one roof!

Lancaster Dental Arts is awesome!! Last week went in for a consult an not even week later got 3 teeth pulled. Super fast an accepts Access for insurance. Friendly an knowledgeable staff an Dr. Boyle amazing!! Highly recommended oral surgeon

This place had put my braces on , and they suck! I liked them at first but they DO NOT answer their phones or answering machines. I had to cut my wires because they were moving and getting caught. I have sore on my mouth because of the wires as well. My mom has called them several times because of this and they aren't getting back to her. I am stuck with these on my teeth but they are ''busy'' and cannot answer the phone. This place is not that busy and I don't like them anymore. I don't recommend.  I now have to find a new place to fix my braces. 

This place is horrible.

I wish I never went here. Had my two left wisdom teeth extracted here. Nothing was explained in detail, the doctor didn't even introduce himself (for the "consultation and on the day of the extraction). It's always  crowded and you always feel rushed. This was my first extraction ever and I didn't know what to expect.  After it was over, I woke up and the dental assistant gave my husband a photocopy of "instructions" on at home care. They were not too detailed so I had to get instructions from other dentist websites, smh. The dentist didn't even come out and explain anything to my husband on what was done. Few days later, I noticed my pain was getting worse, just to discover I've developed a dry socket (just great). The pain was so unbearable! I had to call out of work and drive back to their office (45 minutes away) and the dental ASSISTANT packed it! Not even the dentist! He said he was going to tell her to irrigate it before packing, but she only packed it. I'm praying I don't get an infection. I am furious because after looking at it when I got home, it wasn't packed correctly because I'm still in pain. I wish I'd never gone to this place. I've wasted my time and gas dealing with them and things weren't even done properly. Now I'm going to my regular dentist to possibly undo the packing (go through more pain) and have it done correctly. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at Lancaster Dental Arts!!!

I’m updating my review: the number of calls I’ve made is now well over 25 times and I still have not gotten through, or received a call back.  I’ve left many voicemails in the past few days, and clearly stated my name and phone number.  Also, I have now filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Perhaps that will help. 

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had implants placed in December of 2016. The doctor told me to wait longer than usual in order for the bones to fully ossify. In October of 2017, my primary dentist said I was ready to proceed with the next step (exposure and abutment). Since October, I have called EIGHTEEN TIMES to try and review my account and decide how to proceed. ONCE in January, I finally spoke to the general manager. He said he would look into my account and call me back within the next day or two. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. It is now the middle of March and I still have not been able to proceed. The staff never answers the phone, and the people at the answering service are rude and cannot do anything. At this point, I would like my medical records sent to me so that I can proceed elsewhere. But I can’t even do that because they will not call me back. This is absurd. I have never experienced such negligent customer service, especially from a medical facility.

I am changing my review and rating from one star to four stars after receiving a phone call from the manager at the Lancaster office just hours after my very critical review which reflected poor phone service resulting in my switching to the Lititz location for treatment. I must say, the manager was sincerely grateful for my feedback and explained the call system problems they were having and trying to work on. Until that is fixed, my suggestion to anyone trying to get through to the Lancaster office is to leave your feedback here and change it later if need be. I really did enjoy my experience at either of these locations once I got to the back. The staff are extremely friendly and skilled as far as I can tell. My tooth is much happier now. Thank you!
