I've been bringing my daughter here for extensive dental work.  The front desk girls are pleasant and courteous.  I am always surprised when they are able to accommodate my schedule..other places that I have gone have not been so easy to schedule.  Our waiting room time is minimal. My daughter is very pleased with the care she is receiving.  She always has a good experience. The reason I gave four stars out of five is that the waiting room could use some sprucing up. It is nice that they have coloring books and crayons out for the little ones tho. The door to the waiting room is annoying when it slams so hard every time someone goes in or out.  They are very hard to get a hold of over the phone.  You will be on hold for a very long time or they offer you a call back option, which usually takes a while.
  Our overall experience was a good one and in spite of some minor flaws (which I can live with).   We will continue to go here for our dental needs.

Never had an issue with the dentist themselves but the office staff seems like they don't have a clue. 9 out of the 10 times you call they don't answer the phone and if a message is left sometimes they don't even call back. Just recently I called to schedule an appointment my insurance had changed so I  let them know. They had issues putting it in the system so they said a manager would call me back that never happened. I had to reschedule my appointment and asked the staff if they needed all my insurance information they said no we have your new information.  Then when it was the day of my cleaning they called an hr before saying that the insurance claim is coming back in error. That I need to call .......isn't that there job. This was the last straw. Dealing with the office staff is a headache and a half. The reviews speak for themselves

This is the most incompetent Dental office I have ever seen!  They keep you on hold (over 18 minutes) AFTER being told that I was going to get a call back (never did).  So as I was driving by - I decided to stop in and make an appointment (still on hold) ...The OFFICE was EMPTY of clients.  There were three staff in the office area looking bored.  The receptionist who was RUDE was offended I wanted to make an appointment!  No way.  I am finding another Dentist!!!

Really don't want to give them any. They are the dirtiest office I ever saw. They only care about themselves asking each other what they're gonna do on the weekend. Literary have no clue how it's still open.

The most incapable group of so-called professionals I have ever experienced. 

No heat, broken chairs in the waiting room, broken operatory lights, and clueless Dental assistants and staff. 

I left after waiting 2 hours to see a ruthless doctor, and I decided NOT to schedule. Will not go again!
