Have been seating at the waiting area for 2 hours now. Granted I walked in but please explain to me why are they seeing regular patients in the Urgent care side. They never have same days appts. So how can u call yourself an urgent care. U came las night I was turned away and there was no one in the waiting area. Some lady walked in with bleeding and was also turned away. I will never come back here again. Same thing when I got my root canal l, it was already started and it took over a month for the tooth to be finished. Over it. Second and last time..

I have been going here for a couple years because the hours are flexible. I have had to come back over 4 time because cavities we're filled in incorrectly. This time they filled in the wrong tooth and I can't chew on the right side of my mouth. Thankfully,  after getting hung up on, I was able to make an appointment today but I know they'll make me pay for it even though they have messed up time and time again. A hygienist actually walked out and made fun of my teeth to a co-worker saying, "oh my god I don't know how she even smiles with all that plaque on her teeth!" last time I came for a cleaning and she cut a slice in my gums pretty bad. I am very displeased and I do take special care of my teeth. I need to find a new dentist.

Smilebuilderz has been great! The urgent care option is awesome. Will you wait? Yes. Will you get your concerns addressed? Absolutely. Try to find another dentist that will see you same day AND address your tooth issue. Most insurances accepted, or buy into their discount plan for only $99 and spend less out of pocket. Dr. Skiadas is very personable as are all of their hygenists, I am always given the best PAIN FREE care! What more could you ask for? Call them today!

Went in as a emergency patient after seeing my dentist. Had an absessed tooth and if it was not for the care Dr. Skiadas gave me i probably would have been in hospital. First time in my 49 years i felt comfortable at a dentist. And that says a lot considering the pain i was in. Best expwrience ever.
