I have always felt at home at this location. It's walking distance from my apartment, and the food is usually the right temperature from a pretty simple yet varied menu, and the service is quick, friendly and efficient. They also have pretty good drinks specials. 

Great place to chill out after a hard day at work, or just to meet up with friends to chit-chat.

I'm on vacation from Jamaica and this is my first experience and it was terrible. Customer service was horrible. I swear I prefer Applebees. This place had us move from one seat to the next because our friends came and had a baby and while I can understand the need for space what I don't understand is why it took 35 minutes for someone to come to us. What's even worse is we had to go to them 2 times to tell them that we have been waiting for a waiter and each time we were told that someone is coming to us. What we decided to do was leave because this was heights on poor customer service reached and kept. I didn't try the food so I can't comment on that but just waiting for the food is a bit too much. If our food took 1 hour to be prepared I would be fine with that but waiting for attention is not something I enjoy. Jamaica customer service is far better than this.
I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
Very bad experience. If I could reduce the number of stars to quarter of half of one. I would do that.

One of the either newer or renovated chili’s, which is nice. I had drinks and apps at the bar. The bartender was friendly and interacted with everyone. Food was fine. It’s a chili’s. Nothing to write home about. Drinks were good and the atmosphere was as well.

Probably the worst Chillis I've ever been too.. Not because of the people or the customer service, but because of the food. It was terrible, we ordered a sharing option that has corn with some pepper and jalapeño(the corn was tasteless), half rack of Ribs (and we asked for the full rack),  french fries and What has to be the worse chicken strips we've ever had. They had so much oil on them that it dripped from the chicken, we ended up at the doctor that night because we were unable to sleep because of so much vomiting.

this is a fun & safe place to go to or meet up with others. they serve good food, have good entertainment (for those that are into sports). there is usually a police officer post up outside, or inside.
