I called for delivery and I was told that the resteraunt doesn't deliver in my area. Before I could finish my next sentence she hung up in my face. I considered maybe she thought I was finished talking so called back and made her aware that I was trying to ask for the resteraunts location but she hung up before I could ask. She said, "I told you we don't deliver." I then ask for the address and she hung up in my face again. I called two more times and she ignored the call. I called from a different number then she picked up the phone placed me on hold, then asked me "Pick up or Delivery?" I said "Pick up".....She hung up in my face again.
This type of behavior from an establishment is rediculous. How do these type of businesses stay relevant? I advise no one to purchase anything from this resteraunt. If they do not care about their clients they definitely left me with the impression that they don't care about the product (food) they serve to their paying customers. Respect takes anyone a long ways. Without respect you loose. A horrible attitude will have a thousand reviews like mine posted often. Customer Service Skills is truly needed at this disrespectful establishment. Do not take your dog there animals are more human than they are.

Everything I've ordered from here, from the soup to the rice is fantastic and fresh. Highly recommended!!!

Don't oder Chinese rice from here Please!!! Since i moved in this area I've oder the family special every time i oder the chicken fried rice are any of there rice it's horrible it was burned all time no kind of taste we can never enjoy there rice my kids only like the chicken and to me it's horrible ever time i spent $27 to $35 are more never satisfied! what's Chinese food without good rice!! Sorry to make this bad review but i have a bucket of rice that we could not eat and had to throw away.

I have been ordering here and had no problem til now. I order mix seafood platter and it was fine. The next day I wanted to reheat my food and that's when it went bad. So I call her and tell the owner. Oh I should have brought it over the same day I purchased.  But I explain it happen next day. So she assume I'm lieing to her and stuff. So since then I haven't ordered 💩 from them. I rather pay more else. So now she lost a good customer who spends an average $30+. Versus a damn $15 plate. One time issue and this is how she treats. Oh well
