We ordered to go and came home to a burger that was cooked medium rare instead of well done liked we asked. We called the restaurant and hoped we could just get another burger, cooked like how we ordered in in the first place, but spoke with the MOD(I don't remember his name but an African American gentleman) and a bad experience turned great. He not only made us another entree order but gave us drinks and refunded 1/2 the price! Although we had to go back to the restaurant to pick up the food, it definitely was a great experience. He didn't hesitate at all and took care of us right away! What a gem in a world of bad customer service every where!

This is possibly the worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to. Five trips here and possibly the worst five dinning experiences to date. This is my second time ever writing a review, but it’s well deserved. My advice: Hire more staff or recruit more efficient servers. Can’t say if the food’s good or not, seeing that it spends more time under the heat lamps than it does cooking. Drinks are served with melted ice and this place has never been that busy in my experience. Called in an order three times. Attempt one, the order was wrong when picked up. Attempt two, arrived 15 minutes later to find the order had not been put in yet. Attempt three ended in me hanging up after being placed on hold for 15 minutes. Thanks but no thanks, there are much better places in this area to spend my money.

Food is typical Chili's but the service is pitifully slow. After waiting 10 minutes before our server greeted us, we ordered everything (food, appetizer, drinks) at once. Servers were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than engaging customers. No server had more than two active tables and still couldn't be bothered to be out and about. This is not the first poor experience in similar circumstances. If time is no option, get comfortable and prepare to wait.

If you done inside then the employees are so helpful and polite but the to go employees are usually slow and never there to greet you when you walk in. Sometimes I even have to look in the back and ask for someone to help me. Management needs to work on the to go service.

Great crispy chicken tenders. I know most people like 1/2 lb burgers, but I would love to have the option for a 1/4 lb burger but they don't offer the option.
