The food here is delicious. Very appetizing and filling. The layout of the building is welcoming and spacious. All of the staff are super friendly and genuine. I will say, that if it is your first time ever going, the ordering process can be a bit confusing. However, just ask anyone for help and you'll be just fine. The price is a bit high for what the style of the business is, but it is worth it.

The simple food is so good, but better than that is the No No list. It says we care. The next time you go there ask them what is the No-No list. And carefully read the no no list and think about who would put that together and who would create a restaurant and why would they start it to make sure that there is a No-No list.

Went here before and it was great. However thus time the food they brought me was wrong and the bowl it was in was disgusting! It had dried food and soup or something all on the outside of the salad bowl. They remade it and still did not make it correctly. The bread bowl I got had hardly any soup in it because they barely pulled any of the bread out with the top. My friends meal was Also missing the bread and her salad was very small. Also the brownie I got was very dry And didn't taste fresh. And all of our silverware was dirty and had to be replaced! I love Panera Bread however, I will not be returning to this location! I understand they were busy but that is no excuse for the dishes to not be clean!!

The food is delicious and for that I give Panera 5 star , but today, I had lunch delivered and in my tomato soup was a nice piece of plastic (seen in the photo below). Sadly, pulling the plastic out of my soup was seen by many students and teachers. I called the store twice and no one answered (that is not surprising because I have called before and it's so hard to get a hold of anyone and it doesn't matter what time of day it is). Although the food is delicious, paying attention to detail has declined over the last few years. I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed in this. This was just the icing on the cake for me today.

The staff are friendly and very welcoming to our weekly bible study group. The manager is charming and attentive to all guests. Plus the food is good. I recommend the autumn squash soup.
