giving this particular restaurant location two stars. I order online at my work all of the time and Domino’s is flawless but it is not from this location. However with this specific location the app tells me it won’t deliver to my home address, but when I call into order they tell me they can. so I am forced to call in to make an order anytime I want to get a pizza from this location. Which would be fine except just now when I ordered I repeated three times specifically what I wanted on the pizza and when I got there they showed me to verify it was correct and the guy clearly did not listen to me on the phone. When I pointed out that the order was incorrect, instead of asking how he could fix it he decided to point out that I was wrong because the receipt did not say what I ordered. Not good customer service. I order a ton of pizza to be delivered to my house and have never had this problem with Papa John’s once. Until proven otherwise I’m leaving this review at two stars. The last thing that I need after a long day at work is for someone to tell me I’m wrong instead of try to help me. Management needs to get involved regarding the staff at this location. the customer is always right.

So simple enough, me and my friend who has food allergies ordered a simple pizza online with meat and cheese at on one side and vegetables and just sauce on the other. When the pizza was delivered the delivery guy got frustrated and claimed he met me at the spot place I requested, which I can disregard. The problems occurred when we realized they had put the toppings on cheese on the side which is suppose to be Lactose intolerant(veggies and sauce).  We called up and the (rude) manager said she would fix it and we would have it in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I call to check because we have yet to receive it and she had class at 5. The person who answered claims that the manager and the driver checked and order was correct, impossible because I had my order pulled up and the incorrect pizza in front of me. So after arguing with me she proceeds to say that the manager did not put the order in for the replacement in the first place! So she said she would enter in the replacement and we would have it in 20-30 minutes. Which of course now places the correct pizza at being late an hour and 30 minutes. I understand defending your pizza but when you make a mistake please own up to it. If my friend would have eaten that pizza she would have gotten sick, and all we got from the staff was bad attitude and cold incorrectly made pizza.

I’ve been wanting to try this place out. Carry out time was 30 minutes and I really didn’t want to wait but why not I’ve wanted it for a while so I gave it the go ahead. Place my order and should’ve known something was wrong because they didn’t confirm my order, just told me the price and hung up. Got there 35 minutes later and they don’t even have my pizza made because they didn’t even have it in the system. Tried to say I possibly called Prosper and said he could make me another. I don’t have 30 more minutes to wait for when I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes in the first place. I’m not saying this place isn’t good or worth the money but be sure to get your order confirmed. Looks like other reviews have had similar issues.

placed my order at 4:45pm, shows to have left the store at 5:16. it is now 6:15pm and i have yet to hear from them about my order. when i called they said it was just barely out for  delivery. not sure how i feel about my delivery showing to be out for an hour and then calling the store and being told it just left the store 5 min ago.

update:  if i could give Zero Starz i would. 
I placed 2 orders at 4:30pm online. having forgotten to update the phone number I called the store so they could call the right number when the delivery guy gets here. the person on the phone was very rude. I had to provide my info 3 times at which he became even ruder. my order said it was being delivered at 5:15pm. called the store an hour after it was supposed to be delivered and was told it just left the store and they would be delivering it to my door. i asked them if they had my updated number to call. they said yes but that it would be delivered to my door. i told them it was an apartment and they said they would bring it to me. now another hour later 7:15pm, still no call. still no pizza. i call again. and the manager tells me that they were calling the wrong number and did not get an updated one. and they have tried twice. 
needless to say, this is ridiculous. 
what i thought might be an hour took till 7:15. being told they will refund me my money back to my card. id like to see how long that will take. or if it will even happen at this point. i will definitely be talking to the corporate office bout this

The worse place i have ever been treated. I ordered 2 items and waited all night to receive it. I never got it. Coming from a service industry background I realize that mistakes happen, so i wait until the next day to call and inquire what may have happened. i was greeted fine, but then the worst of the worst came out when the phone was handed the the acting manger, Jackie. I was asking many questions involving the delivery if they might have left the food at the door, or if i would get my money back, and she got flustered and claimed i was being very disrespectful. HOW CAN I BE DISRESPECTFUL WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT FULFILLING THE SERVICE.  So she proceeds to take me on a tangent involving the trust of her employees. I immediately notify her that I'm calling corporate and now have opened a case against them. Updates to follow....
