We placed an order for pickup. They told us it would be ready in 15 to 20 min. We went to pick up the pizza after 45 minutes but it hadn't been started. They said it would be another 20 min but offered no discount or apology. None of the people working in this store seemed to care about all the angry customers canceling orders. I would not recommend this store.

Wish there was no stars. Had to pay extra for a dipping sauce for my wings, annoying enough. Picked ranch. 50 cents and had to pay $5 in delivery fees. My order was 30 minutes past the expected delivery time. Called in and got attitude from an employee and they said it would take 15 more minutes. Finally got my order 20 minutes later and didn't even get my ranch. Called the store and asked to speak with a manager and he mocked and disrespected me. He would repeat everything I said back to me and I just asked to at least get my ranch and he said "sorry mam I'll send your ONE ranch" and slammed down the phone. Terrible customer service and atrocious attitudes for a "team leader".

Count your wing's we were shorted 6 tonight (36 pack) and when we called the Manager First initial J she was rude basically saying we're lying because they are prepackaged. We have never counted before and frequent Pizza Hut for Pizza and wings. (Fridays) Many of the wings were broken and the broken pieces were even counted by us. This Manager had to be asked if she is supposed to have Customer service when dealing with customer's and to bring her tone down. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never stole a wing before in my life, not planning to anytime in the future. Terrible customer service!!! May have lost a customer from this experience.

I ordered my pizza well over 50 minutes ago. Went inside and waited for 30 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking there was just a big order before me. But it turns out that my pizza had been in the little heater thing just behind the front desk that whole time. Horrible, horrible service. The employee that came to give me my pizza was talking on her cell phone the whole time and instead of having warm sauce that I had ordered on the side, she gave me cold ones. I absolutely love Pizza Hut and am incredibly disappointed in this location. I also heard the employees coughing several times in the back. This is ridiculous. Not worth $15. Avoid this location at all costs. Pizzahut should be the same all across the board- how can one be so great just a couple miles away but this one be so horrible bad?!

I ordered at 7:45 p.m., my app showed my order would be delivered in approx. 85 minutes; once I placed my order, it showed my order would be delivered at 9:22 p.m.; my order was actually delivered at 9:40 p.m. and my pizza was cold! I have never been dissatisfied with my Pizza Hut order ever until yesterday! Late delivery and cold pizza, very disappointing!
