I have been going to this place for 3 years and I Love it!! People are friendly and make sure my order is always correct by opening the box to show me.  It in past few months this place has gone done extremely. It will no longer allow me to order online so I have to call my order in, they are out of pan crust on Monday night Football, That is ridiculous. This is a pizza place you don't run out of dough people. You need to make sure you order enough supplies for the week!

Terrible customer service on 10/26/17 around 8:00 PM. The young man who greeted another customer and me welcomed us by saying "Hi, welcome to the worst Pizza Hut in McKinney. We're sooo backed up right now I don't know when we'll have your pizza ready." We asked about our orders and he estimated they'd be ready in probably 40 minutes (I had called mine in 20 min prior). I then witnessed another employee knock over a trash can (+/- 55 gal size) spilling trash across the floor, of which was not picked up for 10 min. I also witnessed multiple employees touching their faces and putting their hands in their pockets with their gloved hands and continued making pizzas. Upon seeing this I asked if my order was being made. They had not started it so, I asked them to cancel it and I left. 
Final comment,  the young man who greeted me upon entering appeared to be under the influence of a downer.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Never came. Got a refund. Ordered another pizza a few weeks later for delivery. Never came. Got another refund. Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice... smh...

Wish i could give zero stars. Not once have they got my order right. Try to call them and you will be on hold for ten minutes just for someone to answer, send your call to the store, and then be on hold for another ten minutes.

I have ordered here several times in the past and thought the accuracy could be better. It wasnt until Saturday 16th of 2017 that I actually stepped foot into the location for carryout. This location has to be the nastiest restaurant I have been to. 
There was milk/vomit on the floor to the right of the register, the exit sign and wall were caked in brown grease/dust mix. There was part of a decoration hanging in the window from some kind of celebration.
You could see into the kitchen from the door and there were people playing in the back. Employees were unkempt, floors were sticky, counters needed to be wiped off. The manager that took care of us was in a dirtier uniform than the man that came in and ordered (he worked in construction).
I will not be going back and I will nlt be ordering delivery from this location again.
