Arrived midday and it was not crowded. I waited for about 5 minutes, wondering if you seat yourself, because no one was at the desk to greet my party. When the hostess came from the back we were ushered to a table. No.. "Welcome to Chili's, or may I help you? " The server was friendly, helpful and took our order and said water would arrive shortly. We did notice that frozen margaritas were not listed on the menu and I asked if I could order one. The server said, "yes" and I had to ask for the flavors. They are strawberry, mango and black cherry. I ordered a combo of all 3. The mixed drinks, which were made in a blender and not from a machine, arrived 10 minutes later. They were served in a regular glass, slushy, but strong and quite good. Our meal arrived in another 10 minutes and I still had to ask for the water which had been forgotten. The food was great, hot, juicy, and the portions were good. It's unfortunate that the server was not focused on the little details that reflect good customer service. I would hate to imagine what service is like when it is busy.

Nice atmosphere, good food and great service. This location does a nice job of getting things right. From the front of the house to the back of the house. Ask for Hope, she's friendly and quick with your food 😁🍔🍻

The only thing that was good was the food and drinks. Service was slow and it wasn't busy. My waitress had tables all around so it took her a while to come to me several times. I tried to pay for my check, but the amount was wrong on the little table machines. So I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Nothing. I had to get another waitress to actually come and get my check straight. Then my actual waitress comes and brings the new check. I look at it and yes she did take a drink off. So I left her the tip that I was going to leave her in the beginning. They just have to do better with service. She never came and asked me how my food was. I asked for two ranches for my food she still bought me a blue cheese. Sometimes you have to write stuff down, you can't depend on your memory when you have several tables...you're not going to remember everything. Do better. I doubt I come back.

Never press a burger when its on the grill or in a pan. It dries the burger out. Never serve a burned burger to a customer unless they request it. When you mix a drink remember to mix it the same way each time.

Good bartender. The bar itself could have been cleaned off a little better. I liked my honey crispers with like waffles but I don't think id order them again
