I am giving this location 5 stars even though I ordered my steak medium rare and had it remade only to find that it was still well done. However, they took appropriate measures by removing the meal from the bill and the manager came out and apologized. Otherwise, my boyfriend got a huge burger. Chili’s has great burgers and chili, of course! Our server was attentive and nice. We still tipped him the same amount we would’ve had my meal not been taken off. We will be back!

Great service!!! Love the bottomless soup and salad! Make sure you sign up for their email club, you get free stuff you can actually use (free appetizer, or free dessert, or free kids meal, or sometimes a $10 off coupon when you spend $30 or more). This time I got a free appetizer (white spinach queso). Our server was one of the best, I have ever had. I really wish I could remember his name because he went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our party was happy with their food. As I am a bit of a picky eater, I can seem difficult to please, but they/he got it right on the first go. Extremely happy with service. (191st and Metcalf).

The food was okay but a little on the greasy side. The biggest thing that I was frustrated with was that there were mistakes in their menu and our server seemed to know very little in terms of what was going on. Additionally the service overall was not very good in terms of speed or attention to detail. I will likely return as I do enjoy some of their food at times but I can't say it's something that I will it go back to frequently.

Claire was wonderful. The food was amazing. We had fast and great service. There was a guy who went around and created balloon animals and hats for the kids.

Our server was very attentive and always kept our water filled. Food was great, but the apps are a little pricey. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the floor plan. A lot of tables, but plenty of room between each group!
