Arrived around 11:45 and the place was at about 30% capacity. I went with my girlfriend and they assigned us a tiny little table instead of a booth, which is fine. However the tiny table was literally built into and against a wall so as a right hand person I had to eat awkwardly to but bump my elbow into the wall. The table barely had room for two plates and our drinks. None the less I was fine with this and ate our appetizer. About 30 minutes in and still only at 30% capacity they sat a group of 8 directly next to us with about 6 inches between their group and our table and nothing between us. The restaurant was pretty empty and I was visibly upset since it was a young group of kids talking about their night of drinking loudly and with no regard for other patrons of the establishment. End of they day I spent $70 to get my food served boxed and drive 20 minutes home to eat it cold. Who ever assigns seating is entirely incompetent. Not the waitresses fault at all and still tipped well but the training for the hostess must be terrible because they used no logic at all in the layout of seating. I will not be going back here after this display of incompetencies and negative customer service.

Great service. Every time I’ve visited I have been happy with my food selections. You can’t go wrong although I prefer their pastas.

I'm pleased to say that the meal I had here was delicious, filling, and appropriately priced for what I got. I've always enjoyed their cheesecake but a few mediocre experiences years back have prevented me from ordering a meal here for quite some time. My husband had a positive experience around Christmas time and suggested we try it for our anniversary dinner in June. I was pleasantly surprised! The server was extremely helpful and patient (it took me a while to choose my entree from a 20+ page menu!) and as I said, the food was great. The cheesecake, as always, did not disappoint. I'm happy to say that Cheesecake Factory is back on the list of restaurants I'll choose from for a special occasion.

I went to cheesecake factory to begin the night for a friends bachelorette party. While I was waiting for everyone to get there I had a couple drinks and an appetizer at the Bar. Trish was my bartender. She provided exceptional service. The avocado rolls were to die for as well. We had a party of 10 and had Jill has our waitress. She went above and beyond my expectations, especially with a big party. The food was absolutely amazing as well. I defiantly recommend Cheesecake Factory.

The food here is awesome!! Service we had wasn't very good today though. 👎 our waitress barely ever checked on us. Had a great time with my amazing husband and our little third wheel 👶🏻 though. 😍💑
