This got a second star because taco bell has to REALLY screw up to get only one star. The woman at the window was extremely rude and clearly can't handle pressure of a lunch rush. I told her I wanted a number 1, with a diet Pepsi, and she told me to slow down, then wait. Then she comes back and asks what I wanted again. She spoke VERY little English. This damned mexicant speak English culture in this country is getting out of hand. They knowingly put thuds woman on the window too. Seriously? I was Happy waiting in the 20 minute like, but she was far too rude and incompetent to be working the window.

THAT WAS AWFUL!! NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT HAVE THE FREE TACOS LIKE ALL THEIR OTHER STORES BUT THEIR SLUSHIE MACHINE HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR A YEAR NOW!! THE FOOD QUALITY WAS LOW AND THE FLOOR WAS GREASY AND FILTHY! NOT TO MENTION OUR BOOTHS SEATS WERE BROKEN!! COME HERE FOR A LET DOWN, AND DISCOMFORT OVER THE RESTRAUTS FILTH.

Here are 3 reasons I did not enjoy this Taco Bell: 1. Their freezy machine was BROKEN! And girl I gotta have me some freezies 2. They​ were not a participating location in the '1 free taco for everyone' thingy 3. The store its self was just unappetizing. The floors were greasy, the tables, were not cleaned off, and the booth I sat in was BROKEN! Overall​ the entire building was filthy. Overall my stay at this Taco Bell was very unenjoyable. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. The absolute worst. I have gone a couple times and have had bad experiences but the third time was it for me. Never again. I ordered the pepperoni personal pan pizza meal and not only were the bread sticks worthy of chipping a tooth they were so hard and crusty, but they gave me a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni that tasted like the bottom of a shoe. Both items went into the garbage can and back to work I went without lunch. Seriously, stay away from this location. You have been warned.

4/10 food tasted pretty decent, Two Dorito locos Tacos, a regular crunchy taco (I asked for him to replace the regular crunchy on the #11 to be a DLT.... So I would of only gotten a large drink, quesorito or however you spell it and two DLTs but I guess he didn't do that and I got charged for the other taco. It's all fine with me, I was starving anyways lol) Just wish you guys would make that order box work, it was completely blacked out the entire time and I had no clue what exactly he had taken down in my order and when I said that'd be all, he just told me the total so I wasn't sure if it was supreme or not, or if he gave me the correct stuff. Didn't even give me my receipt sadly. Or if you can't fix the box atleast hire another person for drive thru so I can have time to ask for my order correctly read back. It was a solid 10 minute wait which I guess isn't all that bad compared to these other reviews... 0.0
