Went in close to closing time. It was around 9:50pm. They were very inviting and were not upset that we came in so close to them being closed. Went to the register and asked for a side of chips and salsa, they had none. Which was not a big deal and I was not upset one bit. The staff allowed me and my boyfriend to eat in even at the worst time ever..... sorry. As I was almost done eating, one of the staff members there walked up with a little tray of chips!!!! She apologized again and said that she had found some extra ones. They were on the house. That was probably the sweetest thing that someone has ever done for me, and for that I will only be taking my business to this location when I want to get my Chipotle fix. Service and food were amazing. Definitely something I will share with many others. That is customer service done right. You've exceeded the expectation. Thank you!!!

Friendly staff and flavorful food! Great sitting on the patio and watching the ducks in the pond! And my usual complaint about Chipotle restaurants is the blaring music; it doesn't seem so loud here.

This Chipotle location serves very small portions for any online orders.  If you are not there to watch them make your food you will overpay for what you get.  Disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting food area and store there was meat thrown everywhere and in non meat items along with corn mixed into the sour cream. I've never been in a chipotle that looks like that. The food had no flavor and the line workers just stared at you no customer interaction at all, just a sad experience.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!  Worst chipolte ever.  Just like all others have said the portions are half the size. 3 times ive been there thinking it cant get worse and it does. Super long lines with employees that are either incompetent or stoned out of their mind to care. The one near valley creek is 5 minutes out of my way buts its so much better. Now i go there to order food and watch him make a pathetic size bowl and then I laugh and refused to pay and walk out right.  Mind you i would pay if the food was remotely close to a average size chipolte standards.  It is obvious they are shorting customers to make up inventory shortages.  Very common with bad managers.
